Terms of Service
The rules for using Nishan and its API.
1. Acceptance
By using Nishan (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the rate limits or security of the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the geolocation data in violation of the underlying DB-IP license.
3. Rate limits
Access is limited to 10 requests per 5 minutes per IP address. Requests beyond this limit receive a 429 Too Many Requests response. Limits may change at any time to protect the Service.
4. Accuracy & no warranty
Geolocation data is approximate and provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Nishan does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Service and is not liable for any decisions made based on its output.
5. Data attribution
IP geolocation data is provided by DB-IP under their applicable license terms.
6. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
